★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Company has just finished a large job at the high rise where we live. This job took over 6 months. We are no experts on this kind of work so cannot comment on the quality, however we can mention the conduct and efficiency of their employees. They smoked constantly, as well as texting and chatting. They took very extended coffee breaks and lunch breaks (usually anywhere between 1-/12 to 2 hours). This job should have taken 1/2 the time. We are far from impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company have just finished pressure washing and painting our building. They have no idea what they are doing !! They pressure washed a 12 yr old building without warning residents how much mess it would cause and without consideration to the surrounding streets and roads. There was paint chips everywhere as well as bird poop and dirt which had accumulated on the building. My deck was covered in so much rubbish and when I told.them.about it they just shrugged their shoulders. I had to complain and complain to her them to clear up their mess. The roads around our building were also covered in paint chips..a totally unprofessional company DO NOT hire them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our building hired these guys for a multi-month large restoration project. The progress has been abysmal, work is minimal, and the company insists on taking care of all their drilling and power tools starting as early as possible in the morning. The drilling itself being powerful enough to render even my gun range ear protectors useless.
Despite many requests to have them maybe move this drilling to Later in the morning or noon, we cannot get anyone to professionally address the issue, and all the quiet work happens in the afternoon. It's several months of waking up everyday to loud drilling, and very little progress. If you have tenants working the nightshift, or folks stuck working at home during the pandemic, you will drive them to the brink of insanity.
