★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would love to leave a good review if only the reception didn't hang up on me 1 minutes into calling... very rude people, never have i ever gotten hungup on because someone doesn't want to answer my question. there's plenty of suppliers in this industry i would steer far away from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a used car dealership located near Altwood Garage Doors. Our overhead garage door is very old and has seen its fair share of UPS and DOWNS. In the last 3 years, we've had to repair it at least 4 times and each time, its been done by Altwood. They are fantastic to deal with. Especially when its an emergency and you can't close the door in -40 degrees. They are great to deal with and I want to specifically thank Diane and Sandra for their exceptional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Wanted to Say the Customer service From Altwood Was great, I called and spoke with Sandra about the springs on my Garage door and within a few days someone was there to fix the problem the service tech also changed a few of the wheels that were in bad shape which I didn't notice now no more squeaking. Excellent service I would Recommend Altwood Garage Doors ask for Sandra in service she's very polite.
