★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered my Dads tombstone in August 2019. Revisited the order a year later and they had misplaced it. We were gracious- they felt ashamed and apologetic and promised they would get on it right away. Called a month later and they had ordered the wrong stone. Now we are at 2 months of more waiting and more calling. Our patience has expired. We are disappointed and frustrated.
