★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheter toutes mes fenêtres de la compagnie ALTEK en 2012.J'ai du remplacer tous les Thermos depuis et je dois encore en changer un autre qui a déjà été changé à cause de la buée et de la condensation.
La réponse du service à la clientèle lorsque j'ai appelé "ceci n'est pas couvert, la compagnie a fait faillite en 2013 et cette achat a été fait avant"!!!!!
QUOI???
Ils ont fait faillite mais portent toujours le même nom....ils sont prêt a perdre un client et leur réputation pour cela...wow!!!

I bought all my windows from the company ALTEK in 2012. I had to replace all the Thermos since and I still have to change another one that has already been changed due to fogging and condensation.
The response from customer service when I called "this is not covered, the company went bankrupt in 2013 and this purchase was made before" !!!!!
WHAT???
They went bankrupt but still have the same name .... they are ready to lose a client and their reputation for it ... wow !!!
I put a star but they deserve 0

Billed for a door never received. Impossible to join them and talk to someone. Non-existent after-sales service. In short, totally dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sa fait 1 ans et demi que le technicien vient essayer de finaliser l'installation des porte patio sur ma maison neuve il reçoit toujours les mauvaise pièce il c'est déplacé aumoin 6 fois durant cette période. sa semble être une compagnie médiocre.
It's been 1 and a half years that the technician comes to try to finalize the installation of the patio doors on my new house, he always receives the wrong parts, he moved at least 6 times during this period. it seems like a mediocre company.
