★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sur 4 boîtes ils en apporte que 3 même si elles sont tous aux même endroit ce n'est pas très fort cela donne quoi de payer pour avoir son colis plus vite alors qu'ils prend simplement encore plus de temps a arriver . Lorsque nous appelons ou que nous exigeons a parler avec un supérieur on est transporter dans une endroit où il n'y as même pas de téléphone . Oui nous somme en pandémie mais ils y as un bout a mettre sa sur le dos du virus faites simplement votre travaille comme il le faut ses pas compliquer ;) .
 Out of 4 boxes they only bring 3 even if they are all in the same place it is not very strong it gives what to pay to have his package faster when they simply take even longer to arrive. When we call or demand to speak with a superior we are transported to a place where there is not even a telephone. Yes we are in a pandemic but they have something to blame for the virus, just do your work properly its not complicated;).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bande d’incompétent qui ne connaissent même pas leur numéro de suivie j’attends mon colis depuis des jours et des jour agence pas du tout professionnel c’est ma dernière fois de faire affaire avec ce purolator il font que repousser mon colis pendant que moi j’ai besoin de mon colis aujourd’hui mauvaise qualité j’aurais du aller comme d’habitude chez DHL où canada post au lieu de ces bandes d’incompétents.
Band of incompetent who do not even know their tracking number I have been waiting for my package for days and days agency not at all professional it's my last time to do business with this purolator they just push my package while me I need my package today poor quality I should have gone as usual to DHL or canada post instead of these incompetent bands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un même camion a 3 livraisons pour moi. 1 livré dans ma boite aux lettres que je reçois et les autres indiqués comme livré à la porte avant de mon adresse. Aucun camion n'est venu dans mon entrée, le voisin qui paratage mon entrée l'a confirmé. J'étais moi même à la maison avec mes enfants et aucune livraison faite.
The same truck has 3 deliveries for me. 1 delivered in my mailbox which I receive and the others indicated as delivered to the front door of my address. No truck came in my driveway, the neighbor who posted my driveway confirmed it. I was myself at home with my children and no deliveries were made.

Courteous staff on site at the warehouse, but delivery methods outdated. Several companies deliver on weekends, notify when they will be at your home within 3 hours ... Lots of little details that make the difference today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before buying someting shipped throught Puro on residential services. Only one attemp of delivery will be made and you cant know at what time they will come. I then had to miss some work to go collect my package at their nearest office( 50 km from my town) cause they are only open from 8:30 to 17:30...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I got a problem with Puro. 1st was a half crushed box from amazon, luckily it was the foam filled part taking the hit, but today it wasn't better. I was working from home, waiting for my delivery, left for maybe 30 seconds to drink water before noticing the delivery truck. No one knocking on the door. Leaving in plain sight from the road my package box worth nearly 800$ of computer's hardwares, the guy not even taking the time to knock on the door and leaving in a hurry.
