After attempting to pay with Visa card and her terminal asking for the stores merchant id and her having no clue what that was. She couldnt process the transaction and began telling me I have never used visa here and I'm lieing because she's the store owner. Meanwhile I'm wearing there merchandise. She began to then tell my actions and cards were suspicious. Pathetic. Numerous purchases from flower to merchandise aswell as recommending it to all guests at our parks. Will never be promoting them again
F	Freetospeak Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed that there is no return policy at this retailer, the supplying LP was to 'get back to me' concerning defective product and packaging. No support, although Alpine returned ' THE BATCH" to the supplier. I got a dollar store pair of 'Tweed' branded mittens for 40 bucks 3 months ago...product was not as labelled and improperly packaged, was disposed of as no refund offered by Alpine.

t	tyler lyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best dispensary store I’ve ever been to the woman that greeted me absolutely amazing she was very friendly energetic and very happy to help me I’m not an avid smoker all the time and she sat there and explained everything to me and helped me out with everything I needed I would definitely recommend 100% even though I don’t smoke all the time but if I ever go again this store will definitely be the one I go to and I will recommend anybody to go to this store instead I’ve been to a few other stores and this one is by far the best one I’ve ever been to Thank you to the woman that helped me you made my 420 awesome thank you again

Fires employees that she can't afford to pay because of it. Overall terrible business experience. Can't wait for the new shop coming to coboconk soon.

Wouldn't stop talking long enough to actually listen to me. Offered me swag instead of my $100 from defective products. Got upset when I walked out after going around in circles with her just talking and not listening. Was also on hold the night I got them (last night) for 13+ minutes, only to leave a message and get no call back. We called a few more times with no luck. This was over an hour before closing. Also called multiple times this morning to save a drive in with the price of gas, and no answer. We told her this and she inturupted and said "well we don't open untill 11" we know, and we were calling during open hours. Think of her as a convenience store she says as they "rarely answer the phone" Sessions in Orillia are worth the drive people, you have an account with them and they have great customer service Pictures of 2/3 of my defective cartridges that she couldn't see the red on which is crystallization/ oxidization and shouldn't occur unless it's been sitting for months, or the seal broke. Already provided a phone number. Contact that way.
