★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raffi has amazing customer service. I've been trying to dial in my vape mod with various tanks and setups so that it doesn't make me cough. Most vape stores I've gone too didn't take any time to hear me out and try to figure out a solution. Raffi actually took the time to show me some mods, and hear out what I need and show me how to set it up the proper way. I will be a customer of Alpha vapes from now on because of his service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called their line I guess that’s for all their locations and spoke to someone nice who let me know they had stock of moti vapes, and 0% nic ejuice at their location in Port Moody. Well, I went there and they didn’t have the juice. I was sold a 3% bottle when I was told they had 0%. Guy was really nice about it (obviously different dude than I spoke with on the phone) but still sucked to go all the way over there after being told different

Without missing a beat the girl behind the counter handed me a replacement pod. Great customer service and I will continue to return to this shop whenever I am in port moody! :)
