When we arrived, Anmol was the only staff member working the graveyard shift and she was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond your typical Subway experience. Customer service 10/10, she made sure everything was perfect and just the way we wanted it, and went heavy on the Chipotle for a sauce lover like myself! Honestly was not expecting to have such an awesome run-in at 11:30pm on a Thursday night in Subway. Even labeled our sandwiches with “His & Her” which gave us a little giggle haha. Definitely will make the further drive from now on just to deal with her again!

Then said I wanted a "very little bit" of light mayo and mustard and she heaped both on, went back and forth drizzling it. She saw the disappointment on my face and didn't respond to it. Then put WAY too much salt and pepper on it, shaking it on separately instead of out of the combination shaker. The sandwich is inedible, but I was in a hurry and knew I'd probably lose my cool if I had to question her listening skills. Do better Subway employees! Listen to your customers for eff sakes.

The girl making the subs seemed very impatient and said a few times what do you want. She didn’t ask my what type of cheese I wanted and refused to change it. I wasn’t offered to make it a combo. The sandwich wasn’t wrapped well. The minute I too a bite of it, it fell apart. While I was eating she was on the phone speaking loudly. The restaurant was clean and it was easy to get parking.

Cookies were so hard that i will be using them to play ice hockey with, the order took over an hour for them to make 2 sandwiches, the cookies were the wrong ones, and honestly was just not overly impressed with the entire meal. I love subway. But this location needs to get it together. The cookies were so hard that my girlfriend and i think they are about 3 days old. If you make me wait over an hour for you to just make the sandwich (not including delivery time), make sure you dont try to break my teeth with the cookies and make sure my toasted sandwich is actually toasted.
