★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alpha resources is the best to work with. My experience with alpha has been really good. They satisfy their employees with flexible work hours, as many as you wish too even in your prohibitory period. They provide their employees not only good pay but several medical and health insurance benefits. The staff is so good if you text them you receive a response in couple of minutes or even in seconds. They answer your calls anytime of the day even during overnight. They are so trustworthy and reliable to work with.
One thing that I would like a suggestion for the change is the payment system. It should be direct deposit instead of cheques. Just because cheques really sucks when you need to pick them up or wait for couple of days to arrive through Mail and then the cheques goes on hold for 5 more days upon depositing.

The staff at Alpha operates with great professionalism and ensure that the workers are adequately provided with employment opportunities. They are flexible and work well with your time-schedule.They are easy to talk to and look out for their workers.
The workers are from various ethnic backgrounds and and are very professional, friendly and helpful towards co-workers and clients. Alpha employees operates like a second family. Whey they work together, the more experience Alpha members willingly guide you on the job and ensure that as an Alpha team member you are able to function efficiently, effectively and independently. They are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet and they look out for each other.

They show appreciation for the work that you do, and they are always available to answer any questions or concerns. The scheduling team also allows flexibility within one’s schedule and are understanding of each employees unique situation.
I am very thankful for the opportunities Alpha Resources has given me thus far and I recommend Alpha to anyone who is starting their careers in the Social/Community/Health work fields.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are alpha are nice and responsive but the issue is that obtaining shifts are hard. I was hired expecting to work full-time but was not told that shifts were based mainly by using an app. They post shifts last minute and considering how many people are hired at this agency, the shifts are usually taken asap. The scheduling person will tell you to text her your availability and you won’t even have a schedule made or they will call you an 1 hour before a shift starts. All in all, don’t get your hopes up like I did with this agency. A huge waste of time, and they expect you to have certain certificates that cost a lot while they don’t even provide you with shifts that would cover for the cost of the certificates. I have emailed HR about issues with obtaining shifts and eventually they stopped responding. Please do yourself a favour and put in your effort finding a job elsewhere that’s more reliable.
