Along River Ridge Bed and Breakfast

I stayed here a number of months back and was very pleased. The house is so cozy with a very authentic, almost rustic feel. The room was beautiful and the fireplace was the perfect addition. I would absolutely book another staycation here!

Such a beautiful B&B! It’s like a little oasis (especially the backyard overlooking the river) the views are just amazing! The rooms are beautiful, cozy and clean. I love that all the rooms have fireplaces! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Loved this place. Very cozy upstairs suite for us to enjoy our own personal oasis while having a common area for morning coffee. Suite was very clean and spacious. It was quiet and hosts very responsive to our needs. Well stocked for the most part. Could use more regular coffee vs decaf but we had enough for our stay so it was all good!! Hope to come back and try out the downstairs suite it looks great too ❤️

Why give the option to pay in person on Expedia and then charge me days before my stay. Then they tell me that it declined and I have to pay again. Very unprofessional people. Then they tell me to either pay again or cancel. Of course, I canceled because this place is now sketchy. So, why do i have another charge after you essentially forced me to cancel? Horrible place.

We just stayed the night and it was amazing! We had an unexpected upgrade and I will definitely take the Royal King again! Felt spoiled! Thank you for treating us to such a wonderful stay! The holiday decorations are a beautiful touch.

A home away from home. Located right on the river's edge, the scenery is stunning. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax before heading into the cozy room to sit by the fire or enjoy a warm bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub. I also love that they have a giant checkers board in the main area, very cute touch. The yard is beautifully decorated. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Calgary or if you just want a staycation.

This place was truly breathtaking!!! We stayed for 2 nights, one night in the Queen room and then the next night in the king room. This place felt like a vacation out of the province as the area is super quiet and you feel like your secluded away from the world. Breakfast was amazing every morning and the jacuzzi was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend taking your significant other to a few nights as you will feel rejuvenated after your stay. 5 stars!!

Well where do I begin? I will start with the good. The bed was comfy, the fireplace was nice, the steam shower & jacuzzi tub was also nice! Now the bad. Customer service not great! I asked a few questions & it literally seemed like she was irritated by them such as, "Can we use the pool table & hot tub outside?" We rented the Queen room. Those were for the downstairs rooms. The room was dirty. Crumbs were on the night stands, the fridge was dirty & moldy & LOUD! It was louder than the TV. The TV had a set sound which didn't help as we couldn't hear it over the fridge rumbling. The TV was not on a sway bar, so you literally had to lay on your right side to watch it. This is 1 of the reasons why we didn't get the King room as it looked like you had to sit on the chairs & not watch TV in bed. It was also our anniversary which I made mention of when we 1st booked the room. They did not offer us anything. Which it seemed other people have gotten in the past like wine, chocolate strawberries etc. I guess I shouldn't have asked those questions. Breakfast was ok. It wasn't delivered to us in the Queen room but the people in the King got it brought to them. I had pretty high hopes for this as this is the only night we get off once a year from our 3 kids. Also, I wasn't refunded back my $100 deposit. I got $84 back! Too good to be true!
