I have been dealing with insurance companies for past 16 years and I was never pleased with their services, as it felt like they are just reading a script from a paper and they were never ready to answer my questions. Anyhow, with all these bad experiences and frustration I called Allstate office located at Milner Ave. I spoke with Muhammad Atif, who was really polite and professional. He didn’t rush, answered all of my questions in really courteous and respectful manner. I was really surprised at how easy and smooth it was to talking to Muhammad, a sign of excellence. That’s a proof of an insurance company’s quality and value in their service. They deserve 5 out of 5. Muhammad was above and beyond with his skills. I recommend Allstate Insurance to everyone for their insurance needs. Thanks Muhammad for your excellent service!!

I got my own policy and within the next year, I brought my entire family member's policies to Allstate. I would like to thank Ramanan for making things so much more convenient and easy! I am writing this because i called the customer care also and no response...... Its tge second time payment going from my account

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you looking for any type of insurance please stay away from Allstate especially those in Scarborough, all their interest is to sell you policy and even manipulate your account to their favour. Call them and you won't get anyone no matter how long you waited and they don't return calls. Do yourself a favour and do some research so you don't fall into the hands of desperados insurance like Allstate.

I tried emailing them multiple times as advised by their agents at this location to cancel my automobile insurance policy back in October 2021 and no one has replied. I have paid for insurance since then that I do not need as I sold the car I had my policy under.
