★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude woman on the phone. EDIT: To answer to the response from owner, I was directed by Google to the company based on location, which Google incorrectly lead me to. I did not realize when I called, and instead of responding in a reasonable polite manner, I was met with an arrogant, rude, and curt response with the woman hanging up on me before I had finished talking, once she found that I was looking for an H2S course in a different city. Terrible customer service. My deepest and sincere apologies for incorrectly connecting to your service in Calgary rather then a safety course provider closer to me. Good that others appreciate your service because based on that woman I would readily go to any other of the numerous training providers in the city. Perhaps I was on the receiving end of a bad morning for someone else. As someone who takes many courses due to my profession, like all others in the oilfield and similar industries, having encountered countless safety training companies in many cities, being received by a polite professional makes a world of difference. One who I would recommend, is 4 Site Training in Grande Prairie, who took my call, was accommodating, polite, courteous, kind, and when the schedule did not quite work, tried to look for alternatives. People who care about other people.

Arliss possesses incredible knowledge of the O&G industry and her sense of humor makes the course so enjoyable. She also does an excellent job delivering the material and integrating hands-on skills and theory together. I'll definitely be taking more safety courses from Arliss!

She was engaged, found unique ways to use acronyms and word play to help people remember frequently used and forgotten terms. Course was interactive and she was able to keep less engaged patrons involved and show patience & professionalism with patrons who were with less motivated and somewhat confrontational in regards to generic scenario learning materials. Lots of instructors I've dealt with would've easily given up on individuals such as this and let them fend for themselves. I look forward to my next course with her!

ALL STAR EVIRO's (AKA safety mom) Arliss is by far one of the best and funniest instructors I've had the pleasure of meeting!! She is always very thorough and makes it enjoyable and fun , so you want to be there !! She will make sure you feel comfortable when unsure of things and makes sure the knowledge sticks for your test at the end!! I have a very bad memory due to a couple strokes but I feel very sure of her teaching and never forget what she teaches . I always feel comfortable knowing I learned my safety from one of the best in the west!!
