★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to open a warranty claim with Allied Boilers for a defective gas valve for over a month now but they (more specifically, Tony) has been ignoring my calls. Voicemails were never returned and every time I ask front desk for Tony, he is either "away" or "on the phone". When asked for a call back, nothing happens. This is very frustrating to deal with and apparently an ongoing situation with this company that doesn't own up for their defective products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer experience. Employee “Tony” was extremely arrogant to deal with when Inquiring warranty work.
Company does not stand behind their products, a boiler lasted 6 years and response to any fault brought forward was “typically don’t cover that”.
Wish we would have seen these other reviews prior to purchasing from a company that does not back their products.
Do yourself a favor and look for a more reputable company that won’t leave you with a headache and a cold house.
