Called to get a chip fixed - told they dont take appointments - Said id show up soon- was told lunch was 12-1 so i showed up after 1 to be denied service due to no staff . Waste of time- lady at the desk didnt care ! Another service that Ill have to travel to GP for ! Thanks for nothing

A rock from a semi truck blew out my window and I had to drive home 7 hours the following day. Sherry went above and beyond in order to get me a window ordered from Edmonton overnight so I was able to drive home safely. Walen also offered me a free ride back to my hotel after dropping off my car to store it overnight. Excellent customer service and highly efficient, I would recommend this place to anybody.

I drove up with 1 deep and 1 small chip in the windshield. 15 minutes and $50 later in the small chip was invisible and the big one looked like bug splatter. Very pleased.

We live in Saskatchewan but my husband is in Peace River working. Earlier this week, a rock hit his back window and it shattered. Sherri was great to deal with and was able to order in a window and get it installed within a couple days. Excellent service to say the least! Thank you!

I always get my windshield cracks filled here!! And quite awhile ago I got a rear window replaced on a truck after it got smashed and they charged me MUCH less than any dealership quoted me! Was super happy with the service and very happy with the pricing.

I had All West Glass replace a broken RV Window. I dropped the frame off with them, got a quote, and approx time line for replacement. A few weeks later I had not heard from them so I checked back in. Glass had not arrived yet (they had to order it in). We had a trip coming up that we needed our RV for. I had to keep calling as the secretary did not seem to understand the urgency. After about 4 weeks it was completed - this was about 2 days before our trip. I attended to pick up the window and the price was about 40% more then quoted. I argued with the secretary but she would not budge on the price despite agreeing it was more then my quote. There was no one else I could talk to and since we were leaving on the trip in a few days I had no other option but to pay the new price. I installed that window frame in the RV and then on the trip we drove through rain. The tech that installed the glass in the frame had used foam tape and nothing else. Rain pored into our RV through the window between the glass and frame. Our entire front of the RV was flooded going down the highway. I took it back to All West Glass and they were surprised at the problem. They caulked the glass to the frame and it has not leaked since. In regards to getting a refund to match my original quote on the product I followed up with the sectary on two different occasions trying to speak to the owner. Despite her promise that the owner would call me I never heard from him and finally gave up. My 3 problems 1) Poor communication about length of time it took to get the glass installed on my frame, 2) Poor install work such that rain flooded my RV 3) Charging 40% more then quoted and doing nothing to fix this. I would not go back here. This is a poor way to do business in a small town.

Rear windshield crumbled less than 3 months after install. Was told by receptionist it probably wasn’t warranty before even giving description of what happened or anyone seeing it, but she called me back shortly to tell me they’d give me a deal? Have been waiting over 24 hours for someone who can discuss this matter to call me back. Workmanship and material guaranteed provided no unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle?? Doesn’t seem like it.
