★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman was annoying as I was looking for my products she kept coming to me asking if I needed help but the way she was doing it was like as if I was going to steal like seriously. Also the prices are so expensive compared to the beauty Supply store it's like she jacked up the prices. Then I decided I didn't want to buy it there she got mad at me and rolled her eyes so damn rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 months ago i gave an extremely negative review of this shop & the owner. Today im changing my review from a negative 1 star review to a more positive 3 star review.. Me and my daughter went in last night and had a much different experience with the owner this time around. She was friendly, smiling and very welcoming and helpful to others in the store as well! Way to go lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store-- my family and I have been going there for years! I go there for all of my beauty needs (and occasionally my fashion needs as well). The lady who owns the store is extremely friendly and nice. I must say, there is a language barrier which can sometimes be mistaken for as an attitude/rude however once you actually get to talking with her she's such a gem! She's always ready and willing to help and recommends the best products to me. She only carries authentic brands/products which is very important to me consisdering that low quality imitations of products have saturated the market. If she doesn't have what I need on hand she offers to order it in store for me.
There's also a small boutique in the store that sells really cute clothing and accessories. They just don't make beauty supply stores like these anymore... I love this store!
