The driver Darren seemed very knowledgable about vehicles we tried to get my Honda computer unlocked but to no avail so he very efficiently and quickly loaded the Honda onto his truck and headed to the dealership straight away I highly recommend this company

Two days ago, my Jimmy decided to show her age and wouldn't start. I was in a bit of a bind as I didn't know who to contact to get her to Fountain Tire. Bryce (owner of Fountain Tire) contacted them for me and they said they would be at my work in half an hour. They arrived promptly and got her safely to her destination. Thank you again for helping me out.

I called this company at 12:15 in the afternoon to get my car towed to Country Hills Calgary from High River. The operator said his driver will be at where my car was parked right away because I told him my car dealership will close at 4:30pm. That way I could still have my car fixed before closing time. At 1:30pm the driver of the tow truck, Kyle, finally arrived. Kyle asked my friend to give him a little help in maneuvering my car so that its easier for him to tow it. We stayed there to watch not because he might need more help. But he was very annoyed at our presence. Not even thanking my friend for the help. On my part, I watched my car being towed because thats my property and I need it scratched free or anything. I told Kyle that my car dealership is waiting for my car so they can fix it today (Saturday) before closing. He was very rude, saying I’ll get there when I get there, depends on traffic so you can leave now. And so we left. There was no guarantee that my car would be delivered on time. At 3:10pm they called me to let me know that their tow truck car has broken down at Deerfoot Trail along 16th Ave. No apologies whatsoever. I drive from High River to Country Hills in less than an hour (45minutes in Deerfoot, 50mins max). I dont know what took them so long to drive from High River at 1:45pm that they were still along 16th Ave at 3:10pm. Thats 1 hour and 25 minutes on the road. Until 8pm, no calls from them letting me know if my car has successfully reached its destination. On a weekend, as on owner, I am worried about my car. I missed my appointment with the dealership, didnt get my car fixed because of their tardiness, rudeness, and plain disregard of my need for transportation. I’m afraid to call them again because they intimidate me and they could be more rude.

Super fast amd friendly service needed doors unlocked of a vehicle, only had to wait about half an hour and was able to e-transfer payment! Would recommend this company for towing and lock needs around the areas of black diamond to high river.

Don't go to this company the driver ( CRIS ) SO UNPROFESSIONAL he wreck my semi truck when he towed it all the way to my mechanics in Calgary he talk to my mechanics and he agreed to pay it and now the invoice in here he refuse to pay.. lier..

After my truck had been towed to there yard we found they had towed my truck in four wheel drive,wich caused damage to the drvline. They had also caused major body damage to the lower quarter of pasenger side. The truck was dragged around or oversomething wich caused the cab to be pushed hard enough to damage the electrical harness were it goes from the frame to the cab. I can understand that part because everyone makes mistakes. What ì do not approve of is the fact that after we payed eight hundred and fifty dollars for towing and storage they refuse to owe up to the damages or offer any compensation. The damage they caused is a bit more than scratch and has caused me and my wife serious distress. We will be filling court papers and seeking appropriate compensation luckily I was on the ball enough that I took pictures of the damage while the truck was still loaded on there truck. .the damage can be seen clearly and it is very clear that it is fresh damage. The service we received was disgraceful. After the amount we had to pay I would have expected them to at least have some honor.
