All Natural Meats is a family-owned and operated business that provides the best meat products around. Farming has been integral to our family for generations; we have a mixed farm with lamb, goat and beef. We are taking this business one step further by taking our meats from our family farm to plates. This has happened by taking over All Natural Meats from September 2016. Our promise is not only to keep the high quality, fresh and all natural meats the same it was before, but also to improve out meat products’ quality, maintaining competitive and reasonable prices.

It was worth driving across town to get them from this shop. The meat was beautiful and the racks were perfectly frenched, just as I had asked. The people in the store were very friendly. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be going back for other cuts of meat in the future.

I ordered with Free Delivery, but there were no details on WHEN the order would get packed, when I would be advised of my delivery details, OR the final cost. I emailed and got no answer and then called the store twice for details. I got my order one week after placing my order. The prices are average IMO. My biggest beef (pardon the pun) is that I put a COMMENT on how to cut the Tenderloin into 6 oz pieces and wrap two pieces per package. I got two packages with 3 pcs of 10 oz each. No where near what I requested. I haven’t tried the meat yet. I hope it doesn’t disappoint. I will likely go back to Springfield Meats, as they cut and package as I request. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, and was the same fellow that delivered my order. He gets 5 stars.

I asked for the point and gave a rough weight range since you never know the size of the point when cut properly. Well looks like whoever cut this doesn’t know how to separate the flat from the point. They basically picked a spot and cut it. The result is I had to trim between 1-1.5 pounds of fat and a hunk was almost the size of a tennis ball. I would expect this level of trimming if I bought a packer. Not when paying butcher pricing. The before is the hunk I was sold and the tennis ball hunk of fat. The after is when I separated the tiny bit of flat from the point. Also shown is the pile of hard fat that had to be trimmed as it won’t render while smoking. I’ve ordered from many butchers in the city and this is the worst cut and trimming I’ve seen.
A	Amanda San Filippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to support local small butcher shops, but I literally just drove by this shop, on Earth Day, as someone opened the door to the shop, and swept all of the garbage from inside their shop onto the street. Just casually dumped a bunch of plastic garbage, out the door, onto the side walk on Notre Dame. How is this an acceptable practice for a local business? Pick it up and throw it in a garbage can!!!

After writing this I got a phone call to expect delivery today, and everything arrived. Rib eye was especially good.

The image on their website shows the rack nicely trimmed of fat and frenched. I ordered three racks and when I went to pick them up, they were not frenched and had a full cap of fat on them. They did not trim any of the fat at all. They still had the stamp on the fat. Looked absolutely nothing like photo on the website. Looked like a very low dollar example of what they claim to sell. The ratio of meat to fat and bone was 30% meat, 70% fat and bone. I have purchased many products from them and have been satisfied mostly. But their wieners have a weird consistency, and their lamb definitely is nothing like what they advertise.
