K	Khen Hopmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school is headed by Grandmaster Ngu 10th Duan who is very skilled and not only understands the traditional forms he teaches but the combat efficacy of what he is teaching. This is not a Westernized, 'fast food' martial arts school where belts or sashes are given out frequently for good attendance. Testing requirements are hard to achieve and new levels are well earned. Training here also includes an 'internal' aspect that most Westernized schools lack. This is Traditional Kung Fu and the school has a family focus where we grow together, not try to 'out do' one another. Will continue to train here as long as I am able.

Aside from learning Martial-Arts from Grandmaster Ngu, he has also taught me discipline, leadership, confidence, self-esteem, and much more to which I've applied in my life, in my work, as well as an instructor at the school. Throughout the years I have been at AMMAC, the one feedback that I often hear from current and previous students is that they can't find this style of traditional teaching structure anywhere else. I've also trained at other martial arts schools in the past (i.e Huff, Kombat, Undisputed, etc...) and also noticed that no other school promotes a sense of tight knit community/family like AMMAC does of which I can attest to as i have made life long friends that are now basically like family to me. In summary, this is a great school with many styles taught, led by a great man, and filled with amazing people. I highly recommend you try us out if you are looking for a Martial Arts school.

Not only have a found an excellent traditional school that focuses on technique and application, I have also found a community I am happy to belong to. The school body is dynamic and friendly, the instructors attentive and engaging, and my Sifu, Grandmaster Ngu, has an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience in teaching Kung Fu (check out his Bio on the website- it speaks for itself). Over the years I have gotten to know Sifu and appreciate his commitment to hard work and how much he cares- about Kung Fu, his own Sifus, and for over 40 years his students. I joined because growing up I had an appreciation for martial arts- I stay because I have found something very meaningful to me and empowering at AMMAC. I highly recommend the school.

I'm not the strongest at martial arts, but despite this, the patient and friendly instructors here have worked hard with me throughout the years to ensure I'm doing my absolute best, and I'm all the better for it. As well, they have been offering wonderful virtual classes during the pandemic that I believe everyone should take advantage of. I reccomend All Masters Martial Arts for anyone looking for a fun physical activity or lessons in self defense.

S	Sameer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started learning around 5 months ago. While I joined expecting to learn kung fu and improve my fitness, I have come out learning life lessons. In the beginning it was very new to me and some of the moves seemed repetitive but it was not until few months later I realized the true importance of what Sifu was teaching us. I will never forget his saying: "In order to learn how to write you must first learn how to spell". Every class Sifu is giving me new knowledge and wisdom that I am able to reflect on and really appreciate it. Please know that this is a commitment and requires discipline. In the beginning it can be tough learning totally new concepts, but I promise you if you stick with it, you will learn so much and see a lot of personal growth. Sifu truly cares about each student and the senior students also embody the mindset to help others and help each other grow.

After that introduction, I knew that this is a school I wanted my child to train at. It is a super friendly, super positive family-oriented environment that offers excellent training by excellent instructors. There are always 2, sometimes 4 instructors on the floor making sure that everyone gets individual attention for technique, and they really care about helping everyone to achieve their personal best. The training is serious, but the spirit is always very upbeat and positive. After training at this school for about a month now, my child is thoroughly enjoying it and getting so much out of it. If you are looking for a place for your child to gain excellent physical and mental training, and to learn the value of hard work, discipline, self-confidence, community, and teamwork, I highly recommend All Masters Martial Arts Centre.
