It is rare to speak to a lawyer without the sense that you are taking up a lot of their time yet this was our experience. Further to this, he rendered the services at zero cost to us.

After starting the process on a Thursday morning, I was incorporated by Friday afternoon. I don't know how things could have gone more smoothly! For the few questions that I did have, David has been very responsive. Over the coming years, I fully expect to continue using his services for the online minute book, annual returns, resolutions, etc.
