★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and friendly staff. Ian and Donovan were super knowledgeable with all my MTG questions since I am just getting into it. Ian especially went above and beyond in his service and got me excited to play and gave me a welcome pack as a first time player. If you are new to a game like Magic the Gathering and want to get into it or even just ask questions, these are the guys to talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about there products they can be at times overwhelmed and maybe a bit upset, but catch them on a non stressed day and they are amazing! The owner actually listens and takes time with customers aswell as staff. Aslong as it’s not gang busters inside I find . I give three stars cause of the inconsistency as I have had all types of interactions, experienced rude to completely amazing! of course parking aswell you can only park 3 maybe four cars out front .

I also live in Seattle and recently ordered things online, Ian was such a great help with handling all that. Awesome staff! Will definitely be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager and two employees here are amazing. They provide excellent customer service, are always willing to go above and beyond, and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They help provide an overall welcoming environment and always put their customers first. Even if you don't know a lot about board games or MTG, they never make you feel bad and will help you out with any questions you have. Ian, Aaron and Donovan are fantastic and I hope the owner realizes what an asset they are to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelly cashier, had dandruff chunks the size of chicken nuggets on its sweaty, food stained "Big Bang Theory" shirt with holes in the armpit. I found what I was looking for, at a great price ( it seemed like the cashier didn't know the actual value of it. NICE!) Place smells like stale urine and the humidity doesn't help. Great for a chuckle, especially with the gobs of ear wax and nose hairs protruding from its nose. Will be back so I can get some great deals and free laughs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff here. The gentleman I spoke with today was very friendly and welcoming. Understood what I was looking for and while he didn't have it, helped me with options to find what I was looking for.
Fantastic selection of gaming products,including cards, boardgames and of course TONS of color and pattern options in gaming dice.
Highly recommend checking them out for much of your gaming needs!
