β β β β β The staff keep talking in their mother tongue even though they all know English; so it is a very uncomfortable environment. The owner, Aline, is very pushy and overcharges any chance she gets. The person who washes hair, kept nudging me to get me to the sink!! No smile, minimum work. I was kept waiting despite an appointment because the owner wanted to fit as many walk-ins who otherwise wouldn't stay!

β β β β β I went to this salon for my appt, the main person that handles the money and appts, Aline took me in 45 minutes later than my appt. Then she messed my hair and falsely took over 2 hours of my time and left me halfway. incomplete . I was late for a wedding plus she charged me 1/2 the money and left me in tears and shock. Please save your precious time, money and trust in your pocket. Very disgraceful. I am beyong words. No conscience. Stay far and away!

They get new employees relatively quickly and they are always very friendly and know what theyβre doing relative to hair cutting. Highly recommended, their prices are the cheapest in the area for women and men

β β β β β Jenny is amazing, the head massage during wash literally puts me to sleep, and I wake up to a beautiful haircut. And its affordable! Which allows you to give a good tip, and they deserve it. Been going for years and I won't go anywhere else. They speak to eachother in their mother tongue because their English is poor... And not sure what kind of person would be actually bothered by this ? who cares snowflake! You're in Chinatown! It's a beautiful language, relax, they are very kind, skilled, and hard working women. Excellent service!

β β β β β I called one day to see what it would cost for a haircut for a man. After much discussion among the staff I was told $20. As this was the first time I've had my hair cut since the pandemic I thought it was reasonable. The next day I went there worried about whether they could cut my hair as well as my last place which had gone out of business.
In the end my hair was cut totally uneven with one side not even close to not only length but style on each side. I had to fix my own hair when I got home.
And to boot they charged me $30.
Guess I'll go back to cutting my own hair until I find a reasonable place.
