About Alie & Elsie Jewelry Inc.
Alie & Elsie Jewelry was started in 2007 when a simple hobby became so addicting that Owner Chelsea James had to start selling all the inventory she had made. The hobby was Lampworking. Beads that are made of glass tubes or rods formed or shaped while softened by the flame of a torch. She combined the glass beads with .925 Sterling Silver and 14kt Gold Filled findings to create unique, one of a kind jewelry. Although the company has shifted to Silver and Gold Jewelry, she is still making glass beads for fun. Alie & Elsie Jewelry was started in the tiny town of Rouleau SK in 2007 but was moved to Red Deer, AB for a few years until 2017 when Chelsea decided to return to Saskatchewan and put new roots down in White City, SK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would’ve been helpful to know they don’t offer cash refunds before I made my purchase. Their jewelry is flimsy and and earring backs are too short. Very unhappy with the offered selection and the unwillingness to accommodate me on my return (which was less than 12 hours after my initial purchase). Now I have a gift card that I will never spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some beautiful 12mm sparkle earrings last december but did not offer me the silver earring back screw, so, I lost the other pair coz they only gave me the rubber ones. The ambiance in the store is nice but the service was not. I also notice that they increase their price for additional $10 with their 12mm sparkle earrings after a few months only. Wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really disappointing experience at Alie & Elsie recently. I was visiting Regina and had previously purchased an item during my last trip to the city and was extremely excited to go back to the store. I distinctly remembered having excellent customer service during my visit a couple years back. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon my recent visit. The associate failed to say "hello" for several minutes upon entering an empty store. I then proceeded to ask "how are you today"? and got a response of "Good". Given that I have worked in customer service before, this was extremely disappointing. The individual also seemed to lack a sense of product knowledge, as I knew a specific item was available in an anklet size (as I have it already) but she said it was not. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to support this store upon my trip back to Regina, but I was so disappointed in the service that I had to leave empty handed.
