I am very happy with the new roof and eavestroughs installed by Alfa Roofing. Alfa Roofing found solutions to problems that other companies would not address in regards to adding insulation and ventilation to an A-frame house. They were patient in answering all my questions and their professionalism kept me at ease with such a large project. I will recommend Alfa Roofing to all my friends and family looking to replace their roof. With all the horror stories out there about crooked roofing contractors, it is comforting to know Alfa Roofing remains in good standing as a member of the Alberta Allied Roofing Association.

Work customer service I have ever experienced! We had gone through our insurance to have our roof replaced - worst thing we could have done. From the very beginning Alfa Roofing was a horror show. No one had even bothered to call us to tell us when our roof would be done, we found out when we got home one evening and shingles were on the roof. The "roofers" then proceeded to start doing the job the next morning when a snow storm was on the way. The whole job was a joke. Trying to speak with Jayson proved to be a total waste of time. He was rude, condescending and completely incompetent. The same can be said for his father Lynn. They made myself and my husband feel like we were stupid to have voiced our concerns over the roofing job. About one month after the roof was finished, shingles had actually begun to come loose and one even detached and is now sitting in our gutter. There are roofing nails and debris all over our property, and to all this Jayson had told us that the roof looked "awesome," Since this ordeal we have had not one, but two other roofers and adjusters come out to inspect Alfa's job and BOTH have concluded that the entire roof needs to be redone. Great job, Alfa! Looks like our concerns were right from the beginning. Wouldn't let these guys roof a doghouse!

Lynn and his crew were great to work with. Very professional, ethical, trustworthy and skilled. Excellent job execution and organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would call them again for any future projects without hesitation.

We had major hail damage from a storm last year. We had an original cedar roof from 1992. Our Insurance company recommended a company to fix the roof, siding, soffits and eavestrough. I contacted this company and asked them for a quote to replace the roof with asphalt roofing. The owner came out and literally spent 20 minutes looking at the job. A week later he emailed me the quote. I was not convinced he seemed new to this game or not really competent. There was a lot of damage to our house and looking at the house for 20 minutes didn't seem to cut it. I happened to run into Lynn and asked him to give me a second quote. He came himself and spent hours looking at the house to the point that I went out to check on him, he was just being very thorough. His price came in $1000.00 dollars less with a better quality shingle. They started the job in late October and Lynn told me they would be 3 days starting on a Monday. They were forecasting heavy snow by the Thursday. I called Lynn and he told me not to worry it would be done on time. 2463 square foot house with cedar to be removed and replaced. I thought 6 guys would show on the Monday. Monday 2 guys showed up. I said to the wife no way are they going to do this, 5 to 6 days maybe. When I came home from work on Thursday at 5 they were finished and cleaning up. We were amazed by the great job they did for less. Lynn and their crew are old school stand up guys. I would not call anyone else and would encourage anyone to just call them. They will be coming back in the spring to finish the soffits and siding.For the record I'm not related to anyone at Alpha Roofing I'm simply a very impressed & satisfied customer. Trevor

We had our roof replaced recently by Alfa Roofing and Siding and they are an excellent roofing company that I would be happy to recommend. It was the first time we have gone through the re-roofing process and we feel fortunate to have hired them for the job. The new roof looks great! They were very professional, responsible, and knowledgeable. Not to mention they were courteous, accommodating and always there to answer questions. In addition to our general roofing job they also took care of some structural issues we had that other roofing companies weren't able to. They've been around a long time and there’s a reason.

Happy to have worked here before I had to retire great company work for work crew always about safety first owner lynn always over and beyond about safety & quality cause doing every house you take pride and fix like grandma house meaning getting it done right first time so dont have worry got many generations to come!!
