Amazing customer service, the owner was very kind to answer all my questions regarding their products/delivery prior to me ordering online. Super easy process, and delivered right on schedule and in perfect condition! The gift basket came with a little card too which you can customize a message to the recipient. Happy to have found a local place to support :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick story. My parents sent me a gift basket for my birthday, which arrived on time and was a great surprise. However I realized after several days that some minor mistake was made with the order. When talking to the owner , Alex(Sasha) he sincerely appologized for the mistake and said he will reimburse my parents and will send me a new basket instead. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture. This week Sasha delivered new gift basket to my building and I was amazed (see the photo). Sorry I couldn't answer your phone Sasha I was working, I decided to write a review instead. You customer centric approach are commendable; thank you for taking the time and for your kind words.
