★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Yan. He listens to my concern and constantly communicates with my family doctor.
I needed a orthopedic surgeon and my family doctor refered me to somebody. Dr Tan saw this on my file and told me that's the wrong doctor for what I need and he gave a different referral.
Some here are complaint about the receptionist. Well it's 9:30am on a Monday morning, I just called to make an appointment for a flare up. She answered the phone after the first ring and scheduled me in for Thursday if this week. That's pretty good in my books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have yet to get my appointment. I received an appointment that I needed to change. I left 3 voicemails over 2 months, the third voicemail (I was not impressed and demanded a callback) was finally returned. I received a voicemail on July 12th unrelated to my callback saying they were closed Fridays and my appointment was moved to the same week one day earlier. Today, I managed to answer the phone when I got a call back. The receptionist was incredibly rude, she told me my appointment was in October and she'd left a voicemail to that regard. When I confronted her on this very obvious lie, she became agitated and upset, arguing that she'd left the voicemail already. I pointed out I'd left the message on the long weekend and this was her first reply to that. Not sure how the Doctor is but things aren't looking good.
