★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff friendly and knowledgeable to a fault. The items are all priced very reasonably and the store is tidy and clean. I was able to find here specific items that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, on a number of occasions. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company will not stand up for their products. On multiple occasions, I have purchased products from their store. When the product does not stand up to the quality it should have, the owner refuses to issue refunds, instead blaming it on the 'customers lack of care'. The customer is always right is not an ethos this shop has.
To clarify, the latest issue I had with this store was my lulav and esrog that I purchased. I had kept the Lulav in a dry cool place as recommended, and by succos, the Lulav was completely mouldy. When I insinuated that the product was faulty or old stock, the owner blamed it entirely on me.
