We got our house a few years ago at an amazing price without a bidding war just because Aleks managed to schedule our house viewing a day ahead of other potential buyers. He checked 40+ properties with a different member of our family while they were searching for a home. He gives a valuable advice on how to present your property if you are looking to rent it out, which results in successful deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aleks is the best real estate agent that we've ever dealt with! He recently helped us with finding a new home over the Christmas and New Year holidays while he was abroad. Even with being abroad, Aleks was always on top of his emails and replied to us very quickly. He was also able to send us documents for signing and moved everything along smoothly, all while being in a different time zone. He is extremely professional, helpful and honest. He has always given us his honest opinion and treated the transaction as if it was his own, which we really appreciated. We will definitely seek Aleks out again.
