When faced with uncertainty about my legal issues, Jillian did a great job of explaining things to me in a way that was easier to understand and helped me formulate a plan after laying out multiple options. One of the biggest helping factors to me was the fact that she was willing to work with me in a time of financial struggle and worked out a payment plan.

Knowing that the cost was one cost and can be made monthly. No extras for phone calls or emails. This enabled us to contact anytime to answer any questions. We really appreciated that as we had many. She was prompt and always understanding. The result was the best we could hope for and with the least amount of harm to our son.
