Terrible customer service, they will try their best to find faults in your documents in order not to serve you. we were at the Land Titles office today, we wanted to change the name on a Title, we Brought my elder brother as a witness, when the Clerk looked at him as if he was not a Human Being. My Brother has some difficulties reading because his eye sight , the Clerk could have read the Document and asked him if the content was right and if he agreed to that, instead she was so Rude. they look for reason not to serve you, and come up with Lame Excuses why you cant go through with Documents and this happens on constant bases. their is 8 staff working in this office and it was not busy at all , yet they do not serve their Clients well.

After checking the website for the hours which stated it was open, went down to the office and there is no open counter service, drop off box only. Would be nice if all businesses would update their Covid information so people don't believe the website information and WASTE A TRIP ALL THE WAY TO THEIR CLOSED OFFICE

I thought the ladies at the counter where incredibly nice and helpful. We went at 1 pm and no line. But there is a 10 day delay in processing and it has left us in quite a bind as our mortgage advisor told us it takes 24 hours to process. Make sure you give lots of time for processing! Not sure why the delay but the service was otherwise good.

Booked time off work to complete a simple last name change on my title after I had gotten married. I had phoned the office ahead and was told I required only the affidavit form as well as my marriage license. I showed up with both of these documents PLUS my SIN, birth certificate, interim drivers license, passport, and certified copy of title. I was told this was not enough proof and that I’d have to come back when my drivers license had a photo on it. I was also reminded several times of how important the title to my property was- as if I was too silly to recognize the significance of the process. This was offensive-Especially considering service Canada just issued my name change on my social insurance card fifteen minutes prior and had no issues with my documentation. Not quite sure why a photo on my drivers license is stronger than my passport? Or why this couldn’t simply be cross checked with my birth certificate and marriage license? Beyond disappointed/frustrated/confused. Especially since I showed up over prepared and called ahead! Not a positive experience. Not looking forward to having to try all over again.

Excellent service, friendly and informative. Went in for a name change on the title of our home. She was so thorough and also notice that my husband's first name was a nick name of his actual given name. So, we change that and now the title reads correct information on probably the most important document we have. They have a important job to and Susan did a excellent job!

After making a visit to their office I want to give them zero star. I knew that it is Government office and did not have high expectation of service. But it was nightmare experience. Why should they work when they have complete job security. These people won’t even last for a single day if it was a private office. Why waste tax payer money on these lazy people. Privatization is the only solution where customers get better service and tax payer money is saved.

Try going through their 'select an option' on the phone... it goes in circles and never gets you where you need if you need to speak to an actual person. The in person service is terrific btw, when I dealt with them 5 years ago, but based on what's available now... it's too bad.

The website is just a joke and the staff is far off in every way of being nice. All of them are snots, sad to watch public servants act like a God
