Dr. Morrissey and his nurse Sydnee have been incredible! Came in for a consultation pre-covid that was easy and straightforward. Had my septoplasty done 6 weeks ago, and despite being nervous, Dr. Morrissey's calm, professional, confident manner helped ease any worries I might have had about the surgery itself. Sydnee was prompt and compassionate answering all my overly worried questions in the first week, and despite the surgery itself just being a rough procedure, it was done very well and I had an overall very easy time with healing. My breathing has improved so much it's incredible, I didn't even know that people could breathe like this through their nose. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Morrissey, having invasive facial surgery is frightening, anesthesia is frightening, but the competence and confidence he gives off with his demeanor is so reassuring and lets you know that you can trust this surgeon with your face.

My grandmother needed to see an ENT in Edmonton and Dr. Chowdhury was awesome. She found him very kind and caring. I also had my tonsils taken out as an adult. Dr. Chowdhury performed the surgery and was great in preparing me for what to expect as well as the risks involved. I had the surgery and all went smoothly. He checked in with me a couple of times post surgery to ensure all went well. He is extremely competent and I really appreciate his compassion. I was glad to have such an experienced and skilled doctor perform my surgery. Thank you, Dr. Chowdhury.

I was referred to Dr. Tayem after 5 other physicians were unable to properly diagnose a condition in my right ear. Dr Tayem knew exactly what was wrong and I left his office feeling well again. His staff was very understanding and took my concerns seriously and managed to get me an appointment in just a couple of days. I am very grateful for the prompt treatment I received and will definitely return should any other issues arise.

Really bad service. 1st doctor I saw said I was in need of surgery because my tonsils looked incredibly painful and infected. He suggested the other specialist should look at it. I had to rebook for about 2 months later. After getting in with this doctor he spoke down to me, acted like everything I was telling him about my health was a lie, then wrote off my pain for the last 23 YEARS with a "gargle salt water". Wow, what a specialist. How many years did you go to school to suggest salt water, doc? Anyway, I guess I have to live my life in pain. Thanks for nothing.

Honestly if I could give less then 1 star I would. I have been dealing with extreme sinus pain after using a Netipot in November 2020. I was referred to Alberta ENT. Took damn near a year to get in. Finally go in, was in there for MAYBE 20 minutes max. Doctor came in, asked if I had a CT scan. I said yes. He left to go look at it in another room. Comes back and says “your sinuses are only a little congested”, takes the scope and BARELY pits the tip of it in my nose and says “you have a deviated septum. All looos good. I’m guessing it’s a Neurological issue. You’ll need to have your doctor refer you to one” and walked out. Get home (which is 3 hours out of Edmonton), go see my doctor and was given more nasal spray…. Same stuff that has done NOTHING. Go see a second doctor for a second opinion. I explain and asked if there is a high chance they missed a sinus infection or something… said it was a possibility but let’s try 3000mg if Amoxicillin a day for 5 days and see what happens. Well. Cleared up. But 5 days after I was done the Antibiotics, it came back again. So now the doctor figures that I obviously have an Extremely strong infection or something in my sinuses all because of THIS HORRIBLE PLACE and the HORRIBLE Doctor that referred me. These Doctors at Alberta ENT are suppose to be SPECIALISTS. They are trash.

While the testing person was pleasant and the doctor was nice once I finally got to see him. I spent more time waiting then I did anything else! Stop double booking people some of us have better things to do than wait for what ends up being a 10 min visit!

I suffered from a deviated septum most of my life. I couldn't sleep on one side at all. Finally my doctor referred me to se Dr. Morrissey. He asked questioned. Examined and said I did need surgery to fix it. Surgery was booked. They reassured me it would all be fine. I woke up, I wasn't in too much pain. Went home follow instructions. I had no bruising. Just swelling. Went for a check up, he made sure he answered all questions. Told me to not hesistate to call the office if I had any concerns or anything came up. Well that was in 2016. I haven't had issues since then! You couldn't even tell anything was done. No marks from incisions or stitches. Nothing. My nose looks amazing ( he also fixed a curve/ bump I had at the bridge of my nose) and I can breathe! I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

While the appointment went mostly well, they are 100% inaccessible to contact for anyone that works during the day. As I work from 8am-4pm with only a lunch break from 12-1240, there's no way to contact anyone. They're closed from 12 to 1 for lunch, making it impossible for anyone working during the day to be able to contact them. Very disappointing to see and I hope something can change to make this medical office properly accessible to all. Not sure why lunches can't be staggered to ensure the phones are available.
