6 day wait for furnace oil
......
In 6 days I can drive to Montreal.. .
Our town is 15 minutes wide..
To get to 50% of town they must drive by my house.. ...
When told it's coming tomorrow by one guy.. . Then the next person says an extra 50 to make it quicker...
Never had an issue before..
Seems kinds junk and asks if I can but buy some jerry cans to get me by... But but the cans cost more than the $50...
FML..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family frequents this Co-op and have always had decent service until today when I stopped in and over heard the manager going off on a delivery guy. She completely demeaned him in front of her staff and customers. When it was she who had lost the delivery in her own store! I guess she figured she could take it out on him, and no one was going to hear her unload. I heard him tell her that it had been signed for by her staff and she kept on and on eventually I put my item back and walked out. I am also cancelling my account with them. I refuse to spend my money at any establishment that treats people like this! Unbelievable and completely unacceptable. No class at all.

I don't even know, nor do I really, really care how much I make per hour, can't even remember the last time I even looked at my pay stub. They look after us, I don't know of ANY company that provides such a great benefit package to employees regardless of education, not to mention being treated like an actual human being with needs and feelings & not just another number who can be replaced in a heartbeat. I feel as though I matter here & try my hardest to pass that on to our customers who support our full time jobs with benefits here.
So, thank you to all our customers for keeping me employed ♡

So disappointing to see the CO OP brand seemingly in alliance with vendors who so inarticulately express their disdain for participatory democracy. As a member of the CO OP, I wonder if this is a sentiment that the brand embraces?
