W	Warren Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing how the owner of this laundromat has taken this business from the stone age to the 21st century really impressed me. I got my laundry done in almost half the time before the new equipment was installed. Everything is sooooo much better, I can't wait for my next laundry day. The quadruple washers made my sheets and comforter look, smell, and feel like new again and took half the time to dry... My girlfriend actually wants to stay at my place again. The new double washers wash so much better than the old top load washers. I also appreciate how eco friendly this laundry is, makes me feel better about doing laundry.

Stained floors, heaping garbages, dispensing machines that don’t work, the machines that still work don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in a while, and between $4-$10/wash. The detergent trays are all nasty with caked on clumps and some still full of liquid. While waiting an hour on the owner to come and refund me, I witnessed one man scrounge for paper towel to clean a washing machine before using it. I also saw an elderly lady waste $4 on a washing machine before getting frustrated and leaving because it wouldn’t take any more money or return her what she put in. Absolutely pathetic.
S	Sean Hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had trouble with large capacity washer but the owner came refunded money and we used smaller machines. All the washers are new. Place however was covered in cigarette butts on the floor and the old household furniture was dirty and not appealing.
A	Anup Govindaraja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for around an hour for the dryer, even though the at cycle was finished the customer who put in the clothes was not here!! Had to use the older dryers which wouldn’t accept any more coins after I put in 3 coins had to switch over to a different dryer on the other side after 12 mins. Called the number in the laundromat and there was no response!

It's a shame to go in and have to wait over 30 minutes to use a washer or dryer because only 2 out of 20 work right. Please also keep the change unit up to par because having to wait over 20 minutes for you to supply change for us to use the units is really upsetting. The place is really dirty as well, it could be an easy upkeep if the owner took about 30 minutes our of his day to mange the facility.

When the machines break, they get a post it note stuck on them saying that they’re broken and they usually end up falling off. The last time I was in, the couches were damp for whatever reason. I tried using the bathroom there and the toilet was overflowing the paper towels, there was urine on the floor, there was no toilet paper in sight and it looked as if someone had thrown up in the sink. I’m honestly surprised that this place is still open for business. Do yourself a favour, and drive an extra 20 minutes to the Almonte laundromat!! 0/5 stars.

Call the number listed on the wall. Owner says "Someone's coming". Half an hour later call again. "Someone's coming". Of course no one is coming and never was. This business makes more money ripping people off than actually functioning. Owner is a liar and a thief. Machines don't work. Go to McCrae's Laundry in Richmond. Bright, clean, freshly renovated place with working equipment at 50% of the cost.
S	Sue Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the machines are out of order or do a poor job making you have to another load to rewash what was just washed. When contacting the “owner”.regarding the machines not doing what they are suppose to or them eating money you will either get a condescending tone response via text or completely ignored as why would Alan refund you when he has a gambling addiction and it’s easier to keep your money. The place is dirty and dusty even though he “cleans” and does that in the middle of the day when he has put up signs stating for peoples safety that the cleaning would be done after hours. Given the amount of dust around the dryers feels like a fire hazard and I’m surprised he’s still open for business and passes fire inspections. I’ve given this laundromat and Alan too many chances to make things right but now I’m done. Fix the machines and make things right with your customers or you’ll lose them all.
