Alair uses a online building platform that is a great tool - it keeps you up to date on budget - timelines - issues and builder and more importantly owner responsibilities. Our program manager - Elliott Sheaves - was professional - responsive - accountable - as were all of the Alair team! All builds have issues and concerns - budget and timelines particularly - these were handled in a professional, responsive and timely manner. Meetings kept us informed and aware of build process. We are extremely happy with our home and do not hesitate to provide Alair with a 5 star recommendation. Thanks Elliott and the Alair team!
