β β β β β This is a family-owned small business that puts customer care first and sells great products at fair prices. Finally had to replace an ancient central vac about 5 years ago. I've only needed one service call (sucked up a toy that got stuck in the wall) so far and everything was handled so quickly and well. Grateful to have this easy-to-deal with company in our community instead of dealing with faceless big box or on-line sellers.

β β β β β This is best place ever. Life saver my kenmore body was cracked and low and behold there was old broken one there and he took the shell and put that on. Had my vacuum done in an hour. Thank you for your amazing service . Esp. On new years eve. Grateful for small business owners like yourself. Friendly caring and prices are fair. I'll will be back to buying a vacuum there for sure.

β β β β β Great service! Read the other positive reviews and decided to take my ancient vacuum in there to see if it was fixable instead of buying a new one. Troy helped me and made me a hose that would fit and I was in and out in less than half an hour after paying a beyond reasonable price. He saved my reliable old beast from the recycling depot and saved me the cost of a new machine! So glad I went into Al's Vacuum!

β β β β β Awesome service and great to deal with it took me more time to write this post than it did for Al amd his son (showing him the ropes) to fix my Vacume!! I just started a small janitorial company and the 5mins I talked to him will help out in the long run on buying the right product for the jobs!!
Don't hesitate to call or stop in to get either commercial or home vacs fixed or serviced!!

β β β β β This 5-star review was way overdue. Troy at Al's Vacuum Superstore installed our vacuum Cyclovac GS215 vacuum in February 2017 (ie over 5+ years). It came with 10 years warranty on BOTH parts and labor.
Excellent workmanship and product, until a sloppy unauthorized piping alteration by BMS Plumbing&Mechanical got us to reaffirm our 5 star ratings of Al's vacuum family business.
We spoke to Stephanie on 23 Mar 2022. She provided the information and support (including emotional ones) to get our vacuum system looks and function as the excellent product installed by excellent businesses supposed to function.
