β β β β β I have had my Electrolux Central vacuum for over 6 years. It is as good as it was when I bought it. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I took it to this store for service once, they didnt charge me a penny. The staff are very knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this store !

β β β β β Very honest and helpful business. I had an old vacuum that wasn't worth fixing and bought a used one from them. I had trouble with the vacuum and they delivered me a newer better vacuum for a very reasonable price. That was 2.5 years ago and the vacuum I got from them has been working great. Very good customer care which is so nice to have in this day and age. It was great of them to deliver the vacuum to my home as well and stand by their produce and service.

β β β β β The guy in the store was so rude and ignorant. very disrespectful. They have no respect for customers at all. I also know of several people whom they have called to get access to their homes and it is a very lousy business practice. It is illegal. Their sales people are the worst I have ever seen!
