Visiting the shop, they could have tried to order a replacement.. A likely very expensive replacement, yet the young lady at the counter got Mike, a lead mechanic there to come out and see what I had. Mike recommended I source the right sized metal bar from a local big box supply store, and he would manufacture the axle for me; drilling the right holes and cutting it to size. All worked out and I have a replacement axle, all in the same day. PLUS, I discovered drying install that I had a damaged drive chain.. It was 15 minutes to their closing time, yet Mike offered to stay a bit past close to make a new chain for me too! Just awesome service! I am a big fan of "repairing" stuff and when I find a shop that does things like this, I can't praise it enough!! Thanks Mike and Al's shop team! Well done and keep going strong!!

They always go out of their way to make sure everything is working great and that we are happy. Couldn't recommend them enough . When i dropped it off service was great. When i picked it up some kid rolled it into the middle of the floor, turned and walked away. no offer to help load or thank you. They said they'd look at it if i brought it in. 2 more hours of my time? $60+ to rent truck? sorry, no.

I asked where he got it and he said Al's. I sent Al's an email via there website. Shortly thereafter I got a call from Michael the owner. We agreed on a model. I asked how I could get the new Snowthrower home? He agreed to deliver it for no charge. At 6:30pm my new Toro Power Clear 721e showed up. All ready to go! Pretty amazing customer service! Highly recommend.
