“I had Arnie in to clean my light beige carpet today. It was a mess, two children and a dog also live with me and I didn't help matters by kicking a large cup of coffee over one day in my bedroom. He worked hard and steadily for two hours and did a fabulous job. Not everything will come up out of a lightweight cheap carpet installed by the previous owners but it looks 100% better than it did! Very happy. Also, unlike another company named after the province, they will not up-charge you when they get to your house (e.g. Oh, you have a dog, I'll have to pre-treat for $X.00). Been there and won't be there again.
Al-Care gives you a quote per square footage, pre-treatment, spot treatment, and deep cleaning all included. I was quoted for 500 sq.ft. with 12 stairs but when he measured it was 450 sq.ft and that's what he charged me for. Honest too! Highly recommended.”

He books anywhere from 2/3 weeks out so book ahead! Definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my area rugs to be cleaned and what I got was take advantage of. My rugs have NOT been clean, vacuumed sure but not washed like they were supposed to be.
For 120 bucks I had to drop them off and pick them up and I got a somewhat ok vacuum job.

And some place wanted 150 just for master bedroom. The price was so good! I had the whole house clean. And every year I know who I'm gonna call.

We had a lot of pet stains on them and the service agent (I forgot his name), went over these areas and got the carpet looking as good as new. So happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future for our carpets and the not so distant future for our couches! Thank you for the delightful results.

Most importanty, the quality of the works is always excellent. They are prompt, careful and professional. We feel the pricing is more than fair for the great work they do.
Yesterday, they returned our clean area carpets and cleaned our sofa and two upholstered chairs. We are so pleased with the work. As always, we will continue to recommend Al-Care to our friends and neighbours.
