The entire team from the office to the workers on the were really caring and addressed all my concerns with confidence and guidance. In today's world of business, if you don't have customer service, forget about offering services altogether. I felt very comfortable and all was taken care of with ease despite the cold day they worked to get things fixed up. My experience was excellent under the circumstances and I am very thankful for having chosen Akton to perform the repairs on my foundation. 5 beautiful large rocks were unearthed from the excavation process and I may plan to create a museum of rocks in my yard! ;-)... Anyhow, they came as scheduled and were very easy to get along with. From my experience, I highly recommend Akton Injection! Thank you.

The project took a little over two weeks due to the fact that they could not dig with machinery due to confined spaces, but the diggers were very efficient and respectful during the whole process. They suffered through the abnormally intense end of may humidity over the course of three days to get the job done. Dan and the team were always very responsive and committed to the job!

First, we used them to inspect a property we were thinking of buying. The assessor was very honest and to-the-point. Extremely helpful. This year, we bought a house. We used Akton to repair some foundation cracks and install two window wells. The technicians were right on time and they were very careful to minimize any damage to our landscaping. They had smiles on their faces the entire time they did the work. Clearly, these guys enjoy their jobs and take great pride in their work. As they did the work, they walked me through everything, explaining step by step. I can't say enough good things. Our family was very pleased. We highly recommend them. Finally, the pricing was fair and worth every penny.

There were also a few areas that needed stabalizing to prevent further shifts and 1 main area of concern. The most troublesome spot was discussed at length. We and Akton Technicians, Serge & Eric, shared ideas to maximize the leveling potential prior to the repairs being executed by Akton. We were very pleased with their service. They were communicative, open minded, calm and reasonable. This maximized our satisfaction with the outcome and service. Akton’s team was able to reduce the by 3/4 of an inch a leveling gap between 2 slabs which had been high enough to trip over. As well,and structurally more important, the concrete slab no longer presses on the pool’s filter basket shaft. Serge and Eric were well organized and prepared for both the challenges and the work. Akton called to see if an earlier start time was possible for us, that was a nice surprise… so the work was done well before we’d expected, freeing up the rest of our day. Both Men were pleasant, professional, and commited to doing good work. Their work site was cleaned up the site upon completion. Akton’s team from impressed us from start to finish. Thank you Akton!!

She was on time, very polite, she took the time to answer every questions. She know her stuff. I strongly recommend Akton. Mike came over to give us an estimate and went all around the house to inspect every crack. He was very honest with his recommendations. Awesome company.

We used them twice in the past couple of years. First for a crack in the foundation, then later for our slab on grade concrete floor in the basement. The slab had heaved due to hydrostatic pressure and water was seeping in through the concrete. They took out the old slab and reinstalled one that meet all of our requirements. It has been two years since and the slab is still perfect. Akton showed up on time, the day they said they would. This is a rare thing for those in the contracting industry. Michael Moore is conscientious, dedicated to his work and his expertise in his field is second to none.

They dug all around our house to clean our foundation walls, insulated and water-proofed them, changed our water line and sewer, laid French drains, and then filled everything back up with exclusively gravel (as requested) and all that in only 9 days, which is incredibly fast considering a lot had to be dug out by hand because of the architecture of our house. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional company to work on your foundation.
