I met Ajit after having a quick chat over the phone and knew instantly that he was the one for me. He came prepared with a list of properties that matched my criteria. He is honest and is always willing to share his experience, and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He will often go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make an informed decision. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one", Ajit walked me through every step of the process, even getting me in touch with a mortgage broker to help with the financial side of things.
