Dr Uslinov is great. He really listens, he helps his patients make decisions based on their values. He provides qualified advice and recommendations, and he doesn’t rush. He takes the time to explain everything cleary and thoroughly. He is genuinely kind and caring, and he has an extraordinary work ethic which includes a total commitment to his patients. His assistant Irma is phenomenal, she fills in all the gaps and is the easiest person to talk to. I found the office is very understanding that patients come in for appointments when they are not well, and they don't make you feel bad for being unwell. The team is dedicated to helping. Absolutely a 5 star recommendation. Some people may disagree, and that's fine but I can't imagine it is due to a lack of effort on the offices part. Hardworking and dedicated , the whole bunch.

This is a very great clinic, I’d especially like to point out Dr. Warsame, she is such a kind person and would never disappoint you as your doctor. She will listen to all your wants and needs and will not let you leave until all you are satisfied and got what you needed from the appointment. She will give you her full time and attention during each visit and goes above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations. She’s the best family doctor for anyone.

Dr. Warsame is the best doctor I have ever dealt with! She is so caring and never makes me feels rushed like other doctors. She shows genuine concern and makes me feel so comfortable with talking to and being around her. I will never change doctors as long as she is taking patients.

Our family doctor is Dr Andrey, and good part is we are always able to book quick appointments with him. Special mention to the receptionist, she is very kind and always happy to help and accommodate patients. Dr Warsame is also a great doctor, listens and understands the patient well!

We’ve recently started seeing Dr Vishnyakov since moving to Durham. He has been great with my infant son and is very attentive and caring. As other reviews have mentioned the reception seems a bit overwhelmed at times because of the extreme influx of new Durham residents so be patient while they figure out how to deal with the volume increase. I personally have not had any negative experiences and find all staff very helpful, kind, and accommodating.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would! There is no organization for the order of patients in the waiting room. I asked the receptionist if there were any ticket numbers to hold my spot in line. The receptionist told me to wait there and that registration begins at 5. Then lines started forming which made me lose my spot. I then asked again if I'm supposed to now join to the back of the line even if I was the second person there and she said yes. How does that make sense? When I finally made it into the doctor's room, I then waited there for another 35 minutes until I was seen by the doctor, only to be rushed out! I could hear other people being called in front of me even though I was there waiting before they came. The doctor could not even tell me what was wrong and just quickly prescribed me to some medication. This clinic needs to hire new receptionists that have better customer service skills! They are working with many patients but do not know how to communicate or organize their clinic well! After I left the room, it was 5:45pm with atleast 20 people in the waiting room and they close at 7. How are you going to serve all these people? Why would you accept MORE people? I know it's our own discretion, but have some courtesy to give people a wait time (there's a sign in the clinic stating not to ask for wait times). Please go to another walk-in clinic

I am in waiting area waiting for our turn since last 3 hrs with my 2 weeks old baby. The wait times are getting longer and longer and the receptionist are always rude and can't even ask them a simple question like what will be the approx wait time. Also you can't book an appointment for an infant because he hasn't done his vaccinations yet ? What kind of rules are these. The management needs to do something about the patient experiences because eventually we will find some new doctors in Ajax with good service and there won't be anyone coming to this clinic. Myself and few people waiting here are already looking for other options as this experiences are getting worse.

Unfortunately, even before visiting the clinic, I’m frustrated. I moved to Ajax in the new year and quickly registered here because it was the only clinic accepting new patients. I received a confirmation email that we’re registered in January. I filled in the β€œrequest an appointment” form on the website and no one got back to me. I had to call to make an appointment for my infant son to get his inoculations and was told that, even though we are registered with a specific doctor at the clinic, we haven’t had a β€œmeet and greet” and I would have to bring him to the walk-in clinic. I’ve booked a β€œmeet and greet” just so I can book an appointment. While I can appreciate that this helps a doctor to understand patient history, I don’t think that it should a requirement to book an appointment, especially when it comes to childhood vaccines. Regarding the online form to book appointments, I can book my own appointment at the hair salon, so why not allow registered patients to book appointments online? Coming from a clinic in Toronto that had online bookings as a standard practice, I find calling to book appointments with a secretary an archaic system.
