I know this company for many years and I cannot say enough about how much they care about their customers. In fact I am writing this review while I'm in one of their vehicles and the gentleman who is driving is amazingly nice and drives so smooth that I feel asleep ?

A while ago Airline Limo used to be the premium limo service to the airport. At what point did the definition of a limo become a black mini van with vinyl seats? The minimum standard used to be black Lincoln Town cars or black SUVs with leather for that price. Now I can get an Uber for a fraction of the cost in a nicer cleaner car. VERY disappointed as the standards for this service has gone down if not completely disappeared.

We used Airline Limousine for our transportation to and from YYZ Pearson airport. They were on time, beautiful and clean vehicles, and friendly drivers. The only hiccup was at Pearson airport; we were told to go to the pre-arranged desk at door A to get our car. The desk was closed, no one onsite to assist, and it was a security guard that heard us talking about where to go that they helped find our car. Not Airline Limo's fault, but a delay of about 20+ minutes.

I reserved a pick-up and drop-off months before our departure. At the pick up from our home, the driver was on time, he was friendly, and the vehicle was clean. Our pick-up at the airport was a breeze. We went to the desk for pre-arranged up, checked in with the person at the desk, and our driver arrived in no time. The driver was friendly, and the vehicle was clean. There were no surprises with the pice. Both our pick-up and drop-off cost $63.00. The driver accepts both cash and credit card payments. We will use Airline Limo again.

Airline limo quoted $77. I agreed to that price. The driver arrived on time, but did not buzz, text or phone me. It was 3:15 dark in the morning/ middle of the night. I live in the back of the building and am not about to go stand in the dark with my luggage if driver isn't there. I called the office to check , only then did he call. He said his excuse for not calling was so he did not wake the rest of my household! As if . They were already awake! When he arrived at the airport I gave him $100 cash. Ka-ching! He Must've thought! (Maybe I should have given him my credit card? )He did not offer change ,so he absconded with 23 bucks. Since when does the driver decide? I did not say" keep the change". I asked for his card. I put my hand out. He gave me my luggage but no change. I felt he took advantage of my situation: a woman, alone, masked ,traveler at 3:15 in the morning, in a hurry to make my flight deadline in Covid 19/ of 2 and 1/2 hours prior, inexperienced at travel by limo. I expect a receipt from the company. Outlining any additional charges, if any. I am not a corporation, neither am I a star, yet I am a person with scruples, and driver 1759445 on March 3rd does not have the right to 1.not alert me to his presence or 2. decide on what tip to take. P.S. I took the sky train on my return trip home for $7. I suggest others do the same if, like me, you fear getting ripped off by a high and mighty chauffeur!( I queried Airline limo . They did not deem my query worthy of response, so I'm writing this in my defense.)Or take TTC which is $ 2.50.

Cashier #9291 station car#28 was very rude and showed zero professionalism. I tried to pay with credit card but he said the machine didn’t accept the card but my bank showed that my card has been charged and that’s what I try to explain to him but he said and I quote β€œI don’t care what your bank says!” In a very rude tone. I thought this company reputation was all about professionalism and great customer service but it shows otherwise. I get better customer services with Uber.

Just booked a reservation for a car service, Followed by calling the customer service number to confirm payment method. I had the pleasure of speaking to Ciro. Absolutely fantastic customer service over the phone: very friendly, willing to not only help and answer my questions, but ensured me I will have the best of the best service. Regardless of the experience, 10/10 for Ciro’s attentiveness on the phone with me. Happiest Birthday also Ciro! Best Wishes!
