★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked with AIP about a week ago to book our guys in for Elevated Work Plate Form and Fall Protection. A company representative went over the dates they had available and I booked accordingly. I have now come to find out that the dates they provided was wrong. Our guys went to the Fall Protection course but the Elevated Work Platform course date was wrong. As a result both of our guys missed the course. AIP charged us a "No-Show" for a situation they created! I tried to explain to the representative the circumstances behind our guys missing the course. It fell on def ears.
No, I wouldn't recommend them. Not because of the "no-show" fee of $500. I wouldn't recommend them because the created this problem, then charged us for it. If I were you, I'd go to the Energy Safety Canada website and find yourselves a reputable provider. These guys are a waste of time!

Cherie was the best instructor for the first aid course I've ever had, made it interesting, informative, great graphic stories and time went by fast.
Good coffee too. Come here to get certified.

Currently I am taking 1st aid, with Cherie she is also very good. I suppose may be AIP uses only the very best instructors. Hmmm I wonder ?
All joking aside this is a great place to get your certifications. I highly recommend this place.
