★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treat you less than human, and I called to confirm my ID was in before I drove the hour and a half to pick it up, it wasn't there. No apologies or anything. I tried to tell another staff member about it and she just walked away from me. This same staff member made horrific comments about the medication I was on, meanwhile it was life sustaining steroid treatments, not the happy pills she joked about downing. I'm glad to have my ID but wow I had to jump through hoops and be treated like garbage to get it.
