So disappointed been dealing here since before it became a agriterra. Bought several pieces and had repairs done before, however this time the service was atrocious! Dropped off Stihl Rototiller on Monday was told it would be fixed by Friday. Friday was told parts wold need to be ordered and I’d recieve a call. Monday went in still no parts ordered was told would get a phone call by end of day. No call. Called Wednesday at 2:00 was told would get a call back. 3:30 still no call, phoned was told parts still aren’t ordered. Went and picked up machine. Was explained they are very busy. I haven’t got a problem with that but if you don’t have time this week don’t make guarantees. Was given a guarantee I’d get a call the second week after the first week was ignored. So paid 118.00 for nothing Never returning!!

Very disappointed in service. Drove about an hour to come to purchase a weed whacker and was closed after calling last night and the voice message said opened 8-12 Saturdays. There was a line-up of customers outside the gate when I arrived and was very disappointed in the service.

Every time we order a part from them, they send us home with the wrong thing. We've recently had to send back the same part 4 different times. It's even more frustrating because they rarely return calls.

Specifically phoned the number last night to inquire about the hours of operation, drove an hour to the location as the voice message said they are opened 8-12pm. Arrived and gates were both locked with other vehicles parked waiting for them to open. VERY poor customer service. Called the emergency service line and used the excuse of β€œit’s not farming season”. It’s simple update your voice message then! Another customer who was waiting, said he actually TALKED to somebody on Wednesday! Lost sales today, very very disappointed!

UPDATE October 5: Brandon and Marion made this right. I was called by the service manager, Brandon, asking how we can make this right. They paid for the transport company to come and get the tractor so they could do the work that we wanted/expected in the first place. The hoses are made in house and the workmanship looks amazing! The attention to detail is apparent. Hoses are firmly in place with metal brackets or zip ties. All tucked away neat and tidy. No leaking. The tractor came back cleaner than when it went in. The bucket works now! Plus, my favorite thing...they promised long and delivered short! We got her back quickly and earlier than expected. It speaks volumes for a company to come to the table and workout a solution. Thank you Brandon and Agriterra. ___________________________________________________________________ First of all, July 31st our tractor was hauled from our place to their shop; we got it back Sept 3rd. Our son-in-law knew there were a few things wrong and rather than me talking to them about things I don't understand I asked that he call them and explain what we want. He called on Aug 3rd and spoke to a woman in the service department and asked if they would replace all the hoses and check for leaks, check the bucket dropping, check the power steering issue as well as replacing the hydraulic pump. She said that was all part of the inspection and would check it all once the new hydraulic pump was put in. Her tone with him made him feel like he was annoying her. Well guess what. The pump is in, but the bucket is still dropping, and the power steering was clearly never even looked at were sure and from what we can tell, there is one new hose. I asked them at the beginning of the process if it was even worth fixing this old tractor that I had inherited and was told β€œof course!” $8000.00 later and I can’t even move a bucket of topsoil from one spot the next without loosing a bunch bc the bucket is still dropping and won’t stay up. I followed up asking what can be done as clearly there was some missed communication, and I haven’t heard from them since. It literally brings tears to my eyes…all that money and I can’t get the work done I need to as expected. ☹

I went there looking for chainsaw supplies. They had what I needed. And the prices were very fair. Will be making this my stop for all my Stihl products from now on. Thanks for the great service.
