Gus listened to our ideas on what we wanted with a desire to renovate the original cottage, but also add to it, virtually doubling the available living space. We went through numerous drawings and Gus was so patient as we made comments and requested changes. He had great ideas and made himself available via Skype to fit our schedule knowing we were 10 hours away and in a different country. Gus made the process seem virtually seamless, as he worked with the town for permits and then with our builder at each step along the way. The result is a cottage that has met and exceed all our expectations. There is no question that Gus’s attention to detail and customer service are unmatched and we could not have made a better choice. We recommended Gus to our good friend and cottage neighbor who is also working on a cottage rebuild and Gus has now designed his project. We can honestly say we recommend Gus Terziano for your project without any reservations
