★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service telephonique chaque fois c'est difficile a rejoindre la ligne telephonique et quand tu essaie a la joindre j j'attends des heures durée et pour me dire à la fin ça a(u problème technique on va couper l'appel rappeler plus tard ) comme aujourd'hui j'attend 4 heure sur la ligne mauvais service vraiment 0/10
 Bad telephone service each time it is difficult to reach the telephone line and when you try to join it I wait for hours duration and to tell me at the end it has (technical problem we will cut the call call later ) like today I wait 4 hours on the bad service line really 0/10

Après avoir essayé de les joindre pendant plus d'un mois et avoir attendu en ligne 40 minutes lors de mon dernier appel, j'ai finalement réussi à parler à l'agente 3806, laquelle m'a mit en attente pendant 10 minutes avant de me raccroché la ligne au nez, et ce sans jamais me rappeller.
I would like to say that their service is abysmal. But there is simply no service...
After trying to reach them for over a month and waiting on the line for 40 minutes on my last call, I finally managed to speak to agent 3806, who put me on hold for 10 minutes before hung up the line in my face, without ever calling me back.
