★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À l'instar de tous les commentaires que j'ai pu lire concernant leur comptoir Purolator, c'est un désastre. Si elles gèrent leur agence de voyage comme elles le font pour les colis Purolator, c'est voué à l'échec.
Il y a les règles certes et il y a ce qu'on appelle "le gros bon sens". Nous étions relocalisés temporairement dans un hotel, j'avais donc prévu le coup ... facture à l'appui, avec les dates, mon nom, l'adresse de l'hotel ... Non seulement, elle n'a pas pris le temps de regarder, discuter et RÉFLÉCHIR ... la dame m'a tout simplement couper la parole, retournée à son bureau et vaquer à ses occupations.
 Like all the reviews I've read about their Purolator counter, it's a disaster. If they run their travel agency the way they do Purolator packages, it's doomed.
There are rules, of course, and there is what is called "common sense". We were temporarily relocated to a hotel, so I had planned it... supporting invoice, with the dates, my name, the address of the hotel... Not only did she not take time to watch, discuss and THINK ... the lady simply cut me off, returned to her office and go about her business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today (a Monday) and the lady didn't want to give me my package cause I didn't bring the right stuff to confirm my address. She asked me if I had a letter from Hydro, I said no but I brought one from the bank with my address and name on it. SHE MADE ME OPEN IT and said if it wasn't this month's she wouldn't give me my parcel cause that's not enough proof that I live there. I brought with me the little note Purolator left on my front door, the letter from the bank (CLOSED), my maladie card and my Permanent Resident card as proof of ID cause I have nothing else and even all of these wasn't enough for her. Long story short, she gives HORRIBLE costumer service and I didn't get my parcel (which was actually a birthday present) and I ended up telling her to return it instead cause I was literally so tired of arguing with her and have no time during the week to come back with EVEN MORE proof for my adress. I've been there once before, the lady wasn't the same one that I saw today and she only asked for any type of ID, nothing else. I hope Purolator never leaves my stuff there to be picked up, it was a horrible experience and a waste of my time. if I could I would give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All she wants to do is keep your packages. You bring 5 different IDs and it’s still not enough along with the Notice. Definitely don’t recommend and would file a complaint on Purolator’s website to get her removed. Also, sometimes they will close earlier than they advertise so do not rely on their opening hours.
