 If you have an answering machine and a customer leaves a message, remember to call back. Especially if there is no way to speak to someone directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Option 0 pour parler à quelqu'un, ça sonne puis ça raccroche... Un service impossible, alors que c'est là qu'il me faut appeler pour aider ma mère à obtenir sa preuve vaccinale en version porte-feuille/ carte d'affaire par la poste... ?
Même si le certificat papier fonctionne, ça n'est pas le plus pratique...
Option 0 to talk to someone, it rings then it hangs up... An impossible service, when that's where I have to call to help my mother get her proof of vaccination in wallet/card version by mail... ?
Even if the paper certificate works, it is not the most practical...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après ma chirurgie en orthopédie, je fais ma récupération à Longueuil, 1255 rue Beauregard, dans ce centre de santé qui est vraiment mis à la disposition de tous les patients qui ont besoin de leurs services.
Du premier moment j'ai été accueilli par la secrétaire qui a fait tout pour me sentir à l'aise chez eux.
Ma physiothérapeute, Mme Martine, c'est d'une délicatesse exemplaire, calme, fine, très impliquée et gardant le soin de ses patients en top de ses préoccupations. Elle est aussi très patiente, adaptant le programme de récupération aux besoin de chaque. Si j'ajoute qu'elle réponde à toutes les questions et trouve les meilleures solutions, je crois que je vous ai donné l'envie d'appeler pour votre récupération ou pour votre bien être.

From the first moment I was greeted by the secretary who did everything to make me feel comfortable at home.
My physiotherapist, Ms. Martine, is an exemplary delicacy, calm, fine, very involved and keeping the care of his patients at the top of his concerns. She is also very patient, adapting the recovery program to each individual's needs. If I add that she answers all the questions and finds the best solutions, I believe that I made you want to call for your recovery or for your well-being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notre rendez-vous était à 8h00, la secrétaire nous accueille froidement, la technicienne en audiologie est arrivée vers 8h10, la secrétaire est allée la rejoindre dans le corridor, les deux se sont mises à parler de leur vie personelle d'un ton très fort (on entendait tout très bien de la salle d'attente) jusqu'à ce que mon conjoint se place devant le corridor pour établir un contact visuel avec elles, rappelant notre présence, vers 8h30. Elles ont continué de parler de leur fin de semaine encore 5 minutes, puis la technicienne en audiologie est allée chercher le dossier de mon fils, nous a demandé de la suivre dans son bureau, elle a ensuite fait son test avec le mauvais programme (celui pour adulte), elle ne s'était pas bien préparée. Gros manque de professionnalisme à plusieurs égards.

(we could hear everything very well from the waiting room) until my spouse stood in front of the corridor to make eye contact with them, reminding us of our presence, around 8:30 am. They continued talking about their weekend for another 5 minutes, then the audiology technician went to get my son's file, asked us to follow her to her office, she then did her test with the wrong program (the one for adults), she hadn't prepared well. Gross lack of professionalism in several respects.
