P	Peter J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to spend hours at this place but it's sadly now just a pale reflection of what it once was. Still basically the same amenities/products but prices are 2-3x what they were before the new owners took over. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason to their pricing structure other than to charge as much as possible. The place used to be constantly buzzing, but that's not the case now so I guess the word is getting around. They seriously need to re-examine their business model, and I for one will not be going back there until they do.

The stones pictured were gifted to me over years, prior to when I started going, but I was wondering if anything similar is available again? My dad was since passed and I would love to find a complete collection of this "set"... despite not really knowing what that looks like. (Only been nearly two decades and I can't remember them carrying them when we would stop in together despite always looking for more.) ANYWAYS, tl;dr - Great memories, amazing atmosphere, cherishable and spiritually awakening art known as goods.

I wanted to surprise them with a gift while they were Camping there. I called Agawa Indian Crafts /Canadian Carver, who are located near there. The manager offered to help me achieve this. She and another staff chose some beautiful gift items and then she personally delivered them to the campsite. I have travelled all over the world and have seen a full array of customer service. This act of kindness and service is at the very top of the list. Thank you Sandie and Agawa Indian Crafts for going above and beyond and making a very special day for our new Canadians.

Everyone is friendly from the young man who pumped my gas and gave me a heads up on the things going on and a bit of history to boot. Inside staff were great as well, flying everywhere to help customers out. Almost amazing how they know where everything is in this place. Loved the weather station too lol...

There's just the one thing.... online it says they're open til 7pm but I just went there and it seems it closes at 6 instead. I left camp early just to get there before closing. I'm not incredibly pleased to find it closed early. Change your times online.

Clean restrooms and they have tap water in a cooler to refill water bottles (if you're into that). You HAVE to get the smoked fish it's delicious. A chunk cost about $9. There's a giant bear for a photo op too! If you forgot to gas up this is the spot.
