★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POST 1 - No star was what I would like to review this company - run far away from this completely unprofessional company! My daughter and her partner rented a basement suite on the northside. ANJU just ignored my daughter's calls, texts and emails! Who does that? They do! There was a heap of garbage left (probably still there), filthy washroom, and unwanted "guests" aka COCOROACHES ugh nasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER rent with this company. They are incredibly unprofessional, rude, and do not care at all. Garnet is horrible and will personally attack you for stating your opinion. They charge hundreds of dollars to change lightbulbs when you move out. They don’t like when you give bad reviews and will attack you for putting a review. Do not ever rent with this company. If there are any issues you need help with, they will not answer. Just take a look at all the bad reviews and you will see how horrible this company is. Even the condo board extremely dislikes them.

I must say, Garnet and his team were extremely professional and responsive whenever we needed them with a repair or concern. I'd highly recommend AG Property Services to anyone who is looking to deal with an honest, hard working and efficient property management company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After moving to Edmonton on a whim, we (myself, my boyfriend, and our dog) went to an apartment viewing. The one we looked at didn't suit our personal needs. We explained to the propriety manager, Garnet, what we were hoping to find. He offered to show us a different apartment, same reasonable price range, in another area of the city. It ended up being a great place for us to stay, walking distance to a dog park. Move in, rent payments, and move out were easy processes, and our damage deposit was returned in full within a few days of the exit inspection. If they had an apartment available where we moved we would have stayed with them.

From the showings and applications, to their prompt and professional responses to any issues that arose during our lease, they were absolutely wonderful. We ended up having to break our lease early as we found the perfect home for us to buy, and AG Property Services not only helped and supported us in breaking the lease, but worked in tandem with us to ensure a smooth transition and were able to find new tenants to take over our place in record time. If you need Property management services in Edmonton or find yourself renting a property run by them, then look no further., cause they are the best ??
